In case you didn't already know, today is World Book Day. So, seeing as how I now make a living from my books, I thought I would let everyone know about the different sorts of books I write and present something of a back catalogue for your perusal.
I am currently writing a series of steampunk science fiction action/adventure novels for Abaddon Books, featuring dandy hero of the British Empire, Ulysses Quicksilver. There are currently three books in the series - Unnatural History, Leviathan Rising, Human Nature- with a fourth, Evolution Expects, published in May, and with more to come after that. To find out more about the world of Pax Britanniaclick here.
So far I have written a Doctor Who: Decide Your Destiny interactive adventure gamebook entitled The Horror of Howling Hilland have contributed to the 2010 Official Doctor Who Annual (published this August).
I have also written three science fiction novels set within Games Workshop's far future medieval universe of Warhammer 40,000. There are two books about the Black Templars and the Armageddon Campaign - Crusade for Armageddonand Conquest of Armageddon- and a stand-alone adventure entitled Iron Hands.
As well as books I have also had published various novellas, short stories, comic strips and magazine articles.

GoGo Universe is the best place for everyone who loves GoGo's Crazy Bones, and the website's managers maintain that it's 'the very best website to find out all there is to know about these awesome toys!'
There are GoGo's games, photos, movies and even online comics. (I didn't find anything about Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones, though!)
Anyway, to check the site out for yourself, click here.
Tonight the Go, Go Crazy For Those Bonesblog received its 1000th visitor! When I last checked the blog's sitemeter, there had actually been 1001 visitors but as far as I can tell, the 1000th logged on from Potters Bar, Hertford. If that person was you get in touch, and we'll see if we can find you a small reward.
Official word on the Official Handbookis: A playground sensation, based on a game played with real bits of bone 2,000 years ago, is selling out as soon as it hits toy store shelves! With 80 characters currently available, the toy range is selling millions each week. And now here come the official handbook! This is the ultimate read for any fan of "Gogo's Crazy Bones". With amazing facts and top stats on all of the Gogo's, loads of brilliant different games to play and a chance to design your own Gogo, this is pure Crazy Bones fun!
It will be interesting to see what new games they come up with, having made up a fair few myself. I've got my copy on order - have you? (And there's a GoGo's Crazy Bones Official Calendar 2009 coming too!)
Are you crazy about Crazy Bones? Do you go ga-ga over GoGo's? Are you just totally bonehead bonkers? Are you? Really?
Well, some kids are. They're so desperate to play with their favourite bits of plastic that even when their teachers have banned GoGo's they still smuggle them into school to trade in the playground at breaktime.
Of course, we here as Go, Go Crazy For Those Boneswould never suggest you break school rules over your GoGo's - after all, you don't want to have them confiscated, do you?
I was in the Richmond branch of W H Smith today and was very happy to find Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones on sale right next to the brand new GoGo's Crazy Bones Evolution series.
If you're yet to pick up a copy of Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones you can buy it here. You can buy GoGo's Crazy Bones Evolution merchandise here.
I have found another link to a website for the dedicated GoGo's Crazy Bones collector. It purports to be 'A Complete Guide' although it doesn't have half the information that you'll find inside Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones.
That said, if you're keen on collecting complete sets of GoGo's, including the new Evolution range - GoGo's, stickers, the works - then this site is probably for you. But don't forget your pocket money when you visit!

It may be that you are checking out this blog as a parent, either having bought Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones for a child of yours or having stumbled upon this site searching for more information about the craze.
Well, in an effort to provide all fans of GoGo's Crazy Bones - and their parents - with as much information about the game as possible, I have stumbled across a parents' guide to GoGo's on the Internet.
It's not as comprehensive a source as Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones, of course, but it does give you most of the essentials, if you're new to the hobby. So why not check it out for yourself?
Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones!is out now! So, if you're keen to find out what sort of games you can play with your prized collectibles, and want to know how to look after them as well, and perhaps would even like to know how the game originated then buy it now!
My latest book (the revised and updated version of one I wrote 12 years ago) is out this Thursday. Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones! is all about the latest craze to hit homes and playgrounds across the country (and they say lightning never strikes twice).
And despite the fact that the book is not officially out until Thursday, it's already almost sold out on Amazon, so you'd better get over there quickly if you want to nab yourself a copy.
Go, Go Crazy for those Bonesis here! I came down from a morning's writing in my office on Friday to discover a package from my publisher containing ten shiny new copies of my fully revised and updated book on the latest, craziest of crazes.
And very nice it looks too! You can get yours here.
Things are moving on a-pace with Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones. Today I have had the copy editor's comments through and have also seen mock-ups of the cover.
I can't publish them yet here, as they're not yet final, but it's going to look great. Very funky and a suitably noughties update of the nineties original.
The text has been fully revised and updated as well, so the book should be as hip a read as the new generation of GoGo's are cool.
As soon as I have a publication date I'll post it here.
Eleven years ago, my sixth book, entitled Go Gos Are Go Go!was published. It was all about the latest craze hitting playgrounds and homes around the country - GoGo’s® Crazy Bones®!
For those of you not yet in the know, Go Gos are small plastic figurines which are a range of collectible game pieces. They were all the rage for a couple of years back in the 90s - and now they're back again!
They've been updated and improved for a new generation, so New GoGo’s® Crazy Bones® are hipper, funkier and cooler than ever before.
Well, I'm very pleased to announce that a revised and updated version of the book is going to be published by Icon Books this autumn, this time entitled Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones.
What you'll find in the book is the secret history Go Gos as well as numerous suggestions for games you can play with them.
What you'll find on this blog are updates about the newly revised and updated Go, Go Crazy For Those Bones and other news about the Go Gos craze that's sweeping the nation, from teachers' comments on their educational value to how Go Gos conquered the world.
